Russia sells 7,560 tns of grain from state fund via NAMEX on Mon
MOSCOW, Aug 5 (PRIME) -- The Russian government sold 7,560 tonnes of grain from the state intervention fund on the National Mercantile Exchange (NAMEX) to raise 78.3 million rubles on Monday, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the exchange.
The fund has sold 1.295 million tonnes of grain raising 13.539 billion rubles since October 23, 2018. The next trading session will be held on Tuesday.
In October 2018, the government ordered that 1.5 million tonnes from the fund be sold in 2018–2019.
